Trauma Practicum provides instruction on how to empower students to reclaim their bodies with yoga techniques that intervene in the complex process of trauma. Anatomy Practicum weaves yoga philosophy and anatomy together and provides guided exercises, meditations, and reflections to experience the subtle energy of the belly brain and heart center. Asana Practicum focuses on Yin Yoga sequences for the spleen and stomach to balance emotions.
OG Yoga has developed 150 hours of Continuing Education over five, 30-hour modules which can be taken in any order.
