FAQs:
What do you recommend for my own yoga practice before beginning a teacher training program?
We recommend that participants have been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and or meditation for 12 months, or are a service provider for underprivileged populations like youth, seniors, psychologists, first responders, educators, recovery homes, wellness providers, etc.
I saw the themes listed on your website for the current training. Understandably, I am seeking a well-rounded program. Are you able to share more about your curriculum?
