2023 OG Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training School (YTTS)
Saturday January 21st through Saturday July 15th
FAQs:
What do you recommend for my own yoga practice before beginning a teacher training program?
I recommend that you have a yoga practice and have a strong desire to take a deeper dive into yoga via a 200-Hour training.
I saw the themes listed on your website for the current training. Understandably, I am seeking a well-rounded program. Are you able to share more about your curriculum?
OG Yoga's Overcoming Trauma through Yoga YTTS meets the criteria of Yoga Alliance with a deep immersion in Anatomy, Asana, Philosophy, and the specialty niche of Trauma and Yoga for Specialty Populations. Our YTTS books are: Donna Farhi's "Yoga Mind, Body & Spirit", David Emerson's "Overcoming Trauma through Yoga", Lauren Neroni"s "Critical Anatomy for the Modern Day Yoga", and Nischala Joy Devi's "The Secret Power of Yoga."

Yes, correct.
Do you expect tuition costs to increase for the next training session, and are there any other costs to expect (e.g., materials, etc)?
