Connected Warriors and OG Yoga Launch Collaboration to Support Military and First Responder Communities

West Coast OG Yoga and East Coast Connected Warriors are proud to announce a new pilot collaboration. This is a groundbreaking partnership to expand trauma-conscious yoga services for active military, veterans, first responders, and their families. This collaboration unites Connected Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of evidence-based, trauma-conscious yoga therapy, with OG Yoga, a San Diego nonprofit specializing in trauma-informed yoga for specialty populations.

Starting November 1st, 2024, the program will offer accessible yoga classes tailored to address PTSD and reintegration challenges faced by the service community. James (Jimmy) Stahl, GySgt USMC (ret), a graduate of both organizations, will lead the initiative with weekly classes offered both in-studio and virtually at OG Yoga Studio on Fridays at 6pm.

“This partnership enables us to empower warriors on both coasts through healing and transformation” says Judy Weaver, Co-Founder of Connected Warriors. JoAnn Jaffe, Founder of OG Yoga, adds, “By combining our resources, we can create meaningful change for our service community.”

The pilot program runs through December 2025, with plans to evaluate expansion opportunities throughout California and Florida. OG Yoga will serve as Connected Warriors’ West Coast hub for training, partnerships, and classes.
