About this training
Non-profit OG Yoga's next 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training School program begins on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10am and runs through Sunday, July 17 at 5pm in San Diego.
This 200-hour school is presented in affiliation with Cloud Nine Yoga and is a Yoga Alliance Registered School with a special emphasis in trauma-diversity informed and mindfulness-based practice.
Classes will be offered two weekends a month.

This specialty 200-hour school addresses TRAUMA. A specialty RYS with a special emphasis in trauma-diversity informed and mindfulness-based practice. Complete a 200-hour training with a focus on the knowledge, tools and experience needed to effectively work with vulnerable populations. Those facing homelessness, poverty, abuse, addiction and reentry including youth, foster care, veterans, incarcerated, seniors and disabled.
Learn how to be trauma and diversity sensitive– from how the yoga room is set up, to use of terminology and tailoring poses.
